How long is the rental period?
Arches: Rented on a per-day basis, as they include professional setup and takedown at the event location.
Other Decor: The standard rental period is 7 days.

How do I get my items?
Arrangements can be picked up for free from our location in Durham or delivered within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Delivery fee will depend on distance.

Do you handle setup and takedown?
Yes! Rented arches (with florals, balloons or plain) and table decor will be set up and taken down by us at your event location.

How do I order?
Fill out an order form and we will get back to you with a quote within 1-2 days. Once we’ve chatted and you’re happy with your choices - we’ll confirm your order!

Are there deposits?
Yes - we require a 25% non-refundable deposit upon order confirmation. Your remaining balance must be paid prior to pickup or delivery of your items.

Can I make changes to my order?
Yes! Pending availability, changes to the rental order can be made up to 7 days before the event.
Cancellations can be made up to 2 weeks (14 days) before the scheduled pickup or delivery date for a partial refund (minus the non-refundable deposit).
